Mission
A javascript accessible XPCOM component that will capture the current screen to a bitmap at full or reduced scale.Project Status
The original implementation plan was to fix the screenshot component inside of the DOM Inspector. The module owner of DOMI decided to remove the interface from that component, so we've switched to a standalone component.The new component is fully fleshed out and builds but is not yet functional. Check out the source or the original press release for motivation and context.
This project is on the backburner at the moment, with more pressing engagements occupying Uzilla, LLC and the Mozdev Group, Inc. Contributors are welcome, get in touch with andy (at) uzilla.net
